Why We Built This Site
Simpson County uses separate Circuit, Chancery, Justice, and municipal court channels. The Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Circuit Court District and the Thirteenth Chancery Court District have different clerks and separate MEC profiles. A reader who starts with the wrong office can miss the file entirely. This resource brings together the court-routing facts, public access boundaries, and official contact routes reflected in the county research.
What You Will Find Here
The docket pages describe the local route for a court date, case lookup, record request, traffic matter, or city citation.
- Criminal and civil docket searches: the court and clerk that likely keep the record.
- Court dates: the difference between a term calendar and a current case setting.
- Case lookups: the PAMEC/MEC access boundary and clerk fallbacks.
- Record requests: how to ask for a docket sheet, order, or certified copy.
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately operated reference resource. It has no affiliation with the Simpson County Circuit Clerk, Chancery Clerk, Justice Court, any municipality, or the Mississippi courts.
- We cannot retrieve an official docket sheet or case file.
- We cannot set, change, or confirm a hearing for a court.
- We cannot remove, seal, amend, or correct a court record.
- We cannot issue a certified copy or provide legal advice.
- We cannot guarantee that a court procedure, fee, or contact will remain unchanged.
Only the custodian that holds the record can provide an official or certified court copy. For Circuit matters that custodian is the Simpson County Circuit Clerk; Chancery and Justice matters follow their own clerk routes.
Search Partners
Some content pages include search tools operated by third parties. Those providers control their own results, terms, pricing, and data practices. A sponsored search result is not an official court record and does not replace the Mississippi MEC/PAMEC route or a clerk request.
